Trash Project
Forklift is deeply immersed in Trash- the company's newest project with Austin's Solid Waste Services Dept. Leaps and Bounds - creative movement program for young children
Now in its 9th year, these classes serve poor and working class children and their families at two Austin schools–Allison Elementary School and Mainspring Preschool. Classes run October '08- May '09.
Physically Integrated Dance Workshops
Forklift presents a yearly series of dance workshops that are physically inclusive to people with and without disabilities. Classes are lead in partnership with VSA Arts of Texas.
