Lift a Fork for Forklift!

 
Thank you to all who joined us for a magical evening at Springdale Station with Chef Michael Fojtasek of Olamaie and Craft Bartenders Bill Norris of the Alamo Drafthouse and Josh Loving of Small Victory to benefit Forklift Danceworks. 
 
Funds raised at the dinner will support Forklift Danceworks’ 2017 season, including this summer’s My Park, My Pool, My City performance at Bartholomew Pool.

Olamaie Chef and Owner Michael Fojtasek serves Southern food rooted in love and tradition while inspired by contemporary culinary concepts. Chef Fojtasek and his team’s respect for past and present shows in their successful reincarnation of fine Southern food.
 
About Bill Norris
For more than 20 years, Bill has poured drinks in venues from the Jersey Shore to London to New York to Austin, winning numerous awards and cocktail competitions along the way.  Since 2011, he has been the Beverage Director for the Alamo Drafthouse, The Highball, Midnight Cowboy, Glass Half Full Bar, 400 Rabbits, and Barrell O' Fun.
 
About Josh Loving 
Josh Loving is co-owner and Director of Small Victory in East Austin. Previously, Josh ran the wine program and the bar at FINO, helped launch Weather Up, bartended at Midnight Cowboy, and worked with Larry McGuire at Jeffrey's and Josephine House.
