A performance with Wesleyan University Facilities Staff October 14-16, 2021 WesWorks is a performance featuring the movement and stories of Wesleyan University’s Facilities employees. Presented by Wesleyan’s Center for the Arts in partnership with the College of the Environment, the project is being developed through an 18-month series of residencies and connected courses. WesWorks invites audiences to witness and celebrate the virtuosic and skilled work of Wesleyan’s campus staff as performed by the employees themselves. On Campus: Dances with College Campus Employees tours Forklift’s collaborative art making method to partnering college campuses around the United States. WesWorks is the third in the series, following Served – Williams College and From the Ground Up.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28TH FROM 7 pm – 11 pm UMLAUF SCULPTURE GARDEN An unforgettable evening under the stars, Forklift will gather city collaborators, community leaders, art fans and our civic-minded supporters as we celebrate 20 years. Guests will enjoy interactive performances, local bites and beverages, and inspiring moments drawn from Forklift’s dances with workers, heavy machinery, and local communities.
