Waller Creek Tunnel Inlet Facility at Waterloo Greenway

In November, Forklift Danceworks will gather over 2,000 people for a spectacular performance at the massive Waller Creek Tunnel Inlet Facility at Waterloo Greenway. Set to live original music and with dramatic lighting, The Way of Water: Waller Creek will illuminate the perspectives of the City employees who work to keep this area of downtown Austin from flooding, along with the engineering systems that enable this work.

The Way of Water is a global performance project exploring water and the work of the people who steward it. This fall’s performance at Waller Creek will be the first in a series of dances inviting people to explore the interplay of water and community in Austin.

The Way of Water: Waller Creek is presented in partnership with Waterloo Greenway
